SECOND DIVISION

Rules

Just like in the First Division, the teams were divided into 4 groups A, B, C and D. In the first round of each group, there were 4 matches. The winners of each group played out the champion in a knock-out system. All matches were played in the cup mode on neutral ground, if no other terms were agreed on.
